![]() ![]() I *need* transcript copies of text messages from August of 2014 to August of 2016. ![]() Are these types of records only provided in criminal cases? Why does AT&T lie and say they do not keep these records? ![]() However, no matter who I speak to at AT&T I am told they don't keep these records. In the Kobe case text messages over fours months old were subpoenaed by the courts through AT&T. It seems the general idea is that AT&T does not keep records of text messages past 72 hours. I have been reading messages posted here for several hours regarding the recover of deleted text messages. ![]()
